Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of Ferrionix services and website. By engaging with us, you agree to the principles below.
1. Scope of Services
The exact scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines and pricing are defined in written agreements, proposals, or invoices. Any work outside the agreed scope is considered additional and may affect cost and deadlines.
2. Payments & Invoices
Advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted invoices form a binding part of the agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Revisions
Up to three (3) revision rounds are included within the original scope. Additional revisions or change requests are billed at €20/hour unless agreed otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment. Until full payment is received, all rights remain with Ferrionix. Non-confidential knowledge and technical patterns may be reused.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information for a period of three (3) years after termination of cooperation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Ferrionix shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the Republic of Estonia. In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
For full contractual details, a separate Software Development Agreement is provided per project.
